The user experience - a strategic issue in the industry |
 The mobile phone industry is placing user experience at the top of its strategic agenda. The introduction of handsets such as the iPhone™, followed by Samsung’s, TouchWiz™ UI and Sony Ericsson™’s X1, both inspired by HTC™’s pioneering approach, demonstrate that the creation of front-end user experience has become a key differentiator in the market place.
